Accurate Booking Information
Passengers must provide accurate booking details, including the pickup location, drop-off destination, travel date, time, contact number, and any special travel requirements. Incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges.
Pickup & Waiting Time
Please be ready at your pickup location at the scheduled time. Our drivers will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. If additional waiting time is required, waiting charges may apply based on the booking terms.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward our drivers. Abusive language, threatening behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the trip without a refund.
Luggage & Personal Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings during the journey. Before leaving the vehicle, please ensure you have collected all your items. Vooei Cab Service is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged personal belongings.
Vehicle Care
Passengers are requested to keep the vehicle clean and avoid causing any damage to the interior or exterior. Any intentional or accidental damage caused during the trip may result in repair or cleaning charges.
Safety Guidelines
