  • Waiting charges may apply beyond the complimentary waiting period.
  • Additional charges may apply for route changes requested during the trip.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Treat drivers respectfully.
  • Follow all safety instructions.
  • Keep the vehicle clean.
  • Avoid damaging the vehicle.

6. Cancellation Policy
