Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy – Vooei Cab Service
At Vooei Cab Service, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth operations for both our customers and drivers. Please review the policy below before making your booking.
Free Cancellation
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for free cancellation. No cancellation charges will be applied.
Cancellation Within 12–24 Hours
If a booking is cancelled between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total booking amount may apply.
Cancellation Within 6 Hours
Bookings cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation charge of up to 70% of the total booking amount.
No-Show Policy
Passengers are requested to arrive at the pickup location on time. If the passenger does not arrive within 1 Hours of the scheduled pickup time and cannot be contacted, the booking may be treated as a No-Show. In such cases, up to 100% of the booking amount may be charged.
Driver Waiting Time
Our drivers will wait for up to 30 minutes at the pickup location. If additional waiting time is requested, extra waiting charges may apply based on the booking terms.
Refund Policy
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Booking Modifications
Passengers may request changes to the pickup time, destination, or vehicle type before the trip begins. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may result in revised fares.
Cancellation by Vooei Cab Service
In rare situations such as severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, or unforeseen operational issues, Vooei Cab Service may need to cancel a booking. If this happens, customers will receive a full refund for any eligible prepaid amount or assistance in arranging an alternative vehicle whenever possible.
Special Events & Holiday Bookings
Bookings made for festivals, public holidays, weddings, or special events may be subject to different cancellation terms. Any such conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
